Job Title: Managed Services Delivery Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Managed Services Delivery Architect to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As a key member of our high-level technical team, you will serve as an Architect focused on guiding and overseeing technical aspects during solution, transition, and delivery phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints during solution, transitional, and delivery phases.
  • Provide high-level technical, ITSM, and Managed Services expertise in the development of solution, transition, and delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Analyse existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements and potential challenges during both transition and delivery.
  • Support the design and architect solutions, considering scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure the implementation of solutions aligns with the overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with (Enterprise) Architects and other technical teams to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise-wide standards.
  • Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architecture principles and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of architecture documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Enterprise Architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and transitional methodologies.
  • Relevant industry qualification where applicable.
