Regional Facilities Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for safely, effectively, and efficiently managing the facilities operations of leased office portfolios with 3-6 offices, dependent on the region.

About the Role

  • Manage the overall performance of regional facility management operations, including maintenance services, minor tenancy refurbishments, relocations, environmental and sustainability programs, WHS, and business risk and continuity management strategies.
  • Contribute to the strategic framework for the delivery of facility management and a new service delivery model, supporting the planning and implementation of facilities management services for new and changing business requirements.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks associated with regional facility management operations, programs, and assets, ensuring performance and mitigation where practicable.
  • Lead and oversee a team of Mailroom and/or Concierge professionals, of between 2 and 7 people.

About You

  • Experience and knowledge of contemporary facilities management practices, facilities operations, contract management, health, and safety practices in the workplace, and associated corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, intermediaries, and service providers.
  • Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects within time, budget, and resource constraints, achieving sustainable outcomes, with experience in the development and management of project budgets, cost modelling, and in assessing and managing contracts for work.
  • Experience performing vendor management duties, including performance management.
