Customer Service Event Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings for customer floor and event spaces.
The position involves assisting with serving rooms, making coffee, placing catering orders with suppliers, and supporting the Manager – Customer Floor & Catering Services.
- Provide reception and concierge services
- Coordinate all customer meeting rooms and event area booking requests
- Respond to queries in a timely manner
- Advise users of meeting room availability and suitability
- Greet guests professionally
Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years experience in a corporate event and/or catering role
- Reception experience including answering switchboards and managing meeting rooms
- Previous experience supervising small events
- Barista experience
- Valid RSA and Food Handling Certificates
- Silver service experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and communication skills
