We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator - Events. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in events and has strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our employees, members, and visitors through strong attention to detail, high-level communication, and collaboration. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the initial point of contact at our office
  • Providing excellent customer service by managing all internal and external visitors and contractors through our office
  • Planning daily arrival and managing VIP arrivals and appointments
  • Managing a busy meetings diary and meeting requirements
  • Accurately and comprehensively managing documents and information including record-keeping, policy updates, and version control
  • Providing general office support including ordering stationery and equipment supplies
  • Assisting with preparing supporting materials for events including name tags, signage, and attendance records
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have proven customer service experience and an interest in events. You will also possess:

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and manage workloads
  • Exposure to projects and/or familiarity with providing project support to one or more colleagues within a deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong prioritizing and deadline management capabilities to meet the changing needs of the team
Benefits
