Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are seeking motivated casual customer service staff (event staff) to work consistently at events held in the Georges River region around Carlton / Kogarah. The events include sporting games and other special events throughout the year.

We are seeking customer-focused staff for ushering, ticketing, corporate and car park roles. Multiple roles are available with our first round of staff commencing in September.

We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with your team members to usher guests, scan tickets, manage queues, provide directions, assist customers, and provide a general outstanding level of customer service.

Applicants with similar experience providing customer service, especially within the Carlton/Kogarah area are strongly encouraged to highlight this in their application, including noting previous venues where they have worked.

You Will Be

  • Ushering
  • Scanning tickets
  • Managing car park access
  • Greeting corporate guests

  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • The ability to follow procedures
  • Great service with a smile
  • Appropriate work rights in Australia
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (desirable)
  • Event ushering or customer service experience (highly regarded)
