Event Coordinator Opportunity

The Theatre Royal Sydney is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Event Coordinator to support our dynamic team.

As a key member of our event coordination function, you will be responsible for coordinating event builds, opening night ticketing requirements, and developing standard operating procedures for our event systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event builds and opening night ticketing requirements with the event coordinator manager.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for event procedures and systems.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of focus and contribute to initiatives to attain objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders and collaborate with multiple teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of event operations and a customer service focus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret data and develop initiatives to meet objectives.
  • Flexible, collaborative communicator able to manage various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, event platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience using Hubspot and Tixly platforms would be highly regarded.
