Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Golf Operations Manager to join our team at Royal Park Golf Course. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational requirements of the facility, including timesheet management, OH&S, food service, event planning, game development, rostering, operational reporting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timesheets and ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Develop and implement OH&S policies and procedures
  • Oversee food service operations, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Plan and coordinate events, including weddings, corporate functions, and golf tournaments
  • Develop and implement game development strategies to increase revenue and participation
  • Manage rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Highly organized and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a golf course environment, although not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
