Toro, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the outdoor environment, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Operations Manager to oversee the consistent and high-quality service delivery across our equipment service business in Australia. As a key member of our Equipment team, you will be responsible for supporting our dealer network in their pursuit of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To consistently deliver exceptional service across all company-owned service facilities, working closely with the regional manager to achieve this goal.
  • Evaluation and support of Toro Australia's dealer network service delivery standards to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines.
  • Development and implementation of safety procedures in conjunction with Toro Australia's WH&S representative, as well as management of Service operating systems.
  • Maintenance of Product Service maintenance documentation in collaboration with Technical Service teams and Service Managers.
  • Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date, including Job cards & invoicing, product history files, TSOS, OH&S documentation, site information manual, PDI forms, etc.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of experience in maintaining and repairing a range of turf equipment, recycling machinery, or construction equipment, including tractors, lawn mowers, garden tractors, line trimmers, and golf course machinery.
  • Background in the turf industry, turf technician roles, or a similar field, with a strong understanding of service standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in computer operations and keyboarding.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $120,000-$150,000 AUD, depending on location and experience. Located at Braeside, VIC, this position offers a great opportunity to work with a market-leading company that values its people and performance equally.
