OSH Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OSH Coordinator to join our team at Rosanna Golf Links Primary School. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our before and after school care programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs for children, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and school staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety
- Mentor and support a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry
- Work collaboratively with the Area Manager to roster staff and ensure the smooth operation of the service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the childcare industry, with a strong understanding of the ACECQA framework
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, such as a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Employee Working with Children's Check and Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and Food Handling certificate
