Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Standard International Management, LLC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our signature restaurant, focusing on beverage and bar services while maximizing profitability and meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of service standards and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Policies: Create and maintain operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Manage Beverage Service: Develop and implement beverage service strategies to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of restaurant operations, including food handling, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Manage Team Performance: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the restaurant remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Experience in Restaurant Management: Proven experience in managing restaurant operations, including beverage and bar services.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Safety Practices: Knowledge of food safety and safety practices, including RSA certification and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
