Aged Care Manager Job Opportunity

Take advantage of a leadership role in a mid-sized company located in Penrith and help drive the provision of quality, client-centred care to those who need it most.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Aged Care Manager to contribute to our Operational Leadership team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including financial management and ensuring the team has the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and grow a dedicated team to achieve high-quality care standards
  • Oversee financial stewardship of the aged care budget
  • Ensure the team has the right skills, resources and mindset to provide exceptional care
  • Contribute to the formation of strategy and its effective delivery

About You

We are looking for a passionate, experienced people leader with a commitment to relationship-driven and client-centred care. Essential qualifications include experience in the Aged Care sector (preferably supported by tertiary qualifications in aged care or people leadership).

Requirements

  • Ability to operate effectively at operational levels while thinking strategically
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Proven track record in change management and leadership
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is highly regarded but not essential
