Griffith City Council is a proactive and energetic organization that is passionate about creating ongoing opportunities for its growing population.

The council is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Workforce Planning Administrator – Learning & Development. This is a full-time position, however, a job share arrangement may be considered.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of effective learning and development programs, as well as organizational development initiatives. You will also support the recruitment processes of the council and administer the council's Job Evaluation System.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate IV in Human Resources or a related field, or demonstrated experience working in Human Resources. You will also need to hold a current Australian driver's license.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating multiple training events
  • Providing learning assistance to staff studying
  • Accurately maintaining records
  • Utilizing effective organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrating attention to detail

You will also be required to provide copies of all relevant licenses and qualifications with your application.

The successful candidate will receive a commencement hourly rate of $42.32 to $46.55 (Grade 12) plus superannuation.
