
Customer Service Coordinator

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless ticketing operations, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to key department KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- The primary contact for ticketing requests, ensuring smooth communication and execution of special ticket offers.
- Liaising with AFL MSS and AFL Ticketing on matters related to tickets and member entitlements.
- Collaborating with the Membership team to troubleshoot member issues related to accessing tickets through Ticketek.
- Coordinating internal ticket requests across departments, ensuring accurate tracking and cost codes for internal transfers.
- Serving as the key contact for opposition teams regarding ticketing requests and coordinating bespoke builds with Ticketek.
- Capturing crowd build opportunities from internal departments to achieve ticketing targets.
- Ensuring seamless delivery of matchday operations across membership and ticketing with the Membership Team.
- Providing support to the Membership team during key campaign periods.
- Previous experience in a ticketing environment.
- Proficiency in using Aspect and/or Archtics platforms.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise within tight timeframes.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security.
- Friendly and enthusiastic team player with a proactive work ethic, capable of working autonomously.
- Database management experience.
- Interest in data analytics.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Experience in a sporting environment.
- Knowledge of AFL.
