Job Summary:

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless ticketing operations, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to key department KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The primary contact for ticketing requests, ensuring smooth communication and execution of special ticket offers.
  • Liaising with AFL MSS and AFL Ticketing on matters related to tickets and member entitlements.
  • Collaborating with the Membership team to troubleshoot member issues related to accessing tickets through Ticketek.
  • Coordinating internal ticket requests across departments, ensuring accurate tracking and cost codes for internal transfers.
  • Serving as the key contact for opposition teams regarding ticketing requests and coordinating bespoke builds with Ticketek.
  • Capturing crowd build opportunities from internal departments to achieve ticketing targets.
  • Ensuring seamless delivery of matchday operations across membership and ticketing with the Membership Team.
  • Providing support to the Membership team during key campaign periods.
Essential Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
  • Previous experience in a ticketing environment.
  • Proficiency in using Aspect and/or Archtics platforms.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise within tight timeframes.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security.
  • Friendly and enthusiastic team player with a proactive work ethic, capable of working autonomously.
Desirable Skills:
  • Database management experience.
  • Interest in data analytics.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Experience in a sporting environment.
  • Knowledge of AFL.
