Taylex, an Australian market leader in wastewater treatment and home water solutions, is seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Yatala.
With over 50 years of trusted manufacturing behind us, we're committed to delivering excellence in both product and service – and that starts with great people.About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key part in supporting our service and operations teams by ensuring our customers and stakeholders receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.
This is a varied role where you'll be involved in administration, scheduling, contract management, and stakeholder support.Your days will include:
• Coordinating service technician schedules and appointments
• Managing customer and technical support communications
• Overseeing end-to-end contract administration and finance-related tasks
• Performing bank reconciliations and payment tracking
• Updating and maintaining internal databases and schedules
• Liaising with builders, councils, service technicians, and internal teams
• Driving service excellence with your proactive follow-up and attention to detailWhat You Bring Certificate III in Business Administration (or similar) 3+ years of experience in a customer service or coordination role Previous experience in manufacturing or wastewater management (desirable) Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and computer literacy Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills A team-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapportWhy Join Taylex?
