We have exciting opportunities available for Full-Time Service Bookings Coordinators to join our busy and friendly Service Bookings Team based in Robina, as the central bookings space for Robina and Nerang. Here, you'll guide customers seamlessly through the Service Booking process while providing pivotal support to our Service Departments.

While automotive industry experience is highly regarded, an upbeat disposition, warm, impeccable phone manner, ability to learn/retain information, and love of helping people are paramount qualities we seek for the role.

About the role

Reporting to our Loyalty & Communications Manager, the role involves ensuring the best experience and outcomes for our customers. Your day-to-day includes but isn't limited to:

Receiving and actioning a high level of inbound and outbound calls and being a welcome first point of contact for our Service Customers

Assisting with phone and online service bookings, providing customer support and vehicle service coordination across all internal systems

Ensuring all inbound and outbound communications are handled promptly and professionally across all platforms

Assisting with DMS database management and service retention activities

Assisting with various service administration support tasks

Working with KPIs and other performance outcomes

Contributing to the positive team culture and the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

Previous work within a busy call centre or dealership environment is advantageous but not essential

An upbeat disposition, a can-do attitude, and a positive outlook

Professional written and verbal communication skills with a warm and personable phone manner

Ability to retain, catalogue and recall important information

Be an adaptable chameleon who can communicate across a range of different personality types

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to problem solve, work well under pressure, and demonstrate conflict resolution capabilities

Strong attention to detail and commitment to a job done right the first time

Full-time 38 hours Monday–Friday with the flexibility to work varying shifts between the hours of 7am-5pm
