As a Front Office Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our hotel guests. You have the opportunity to suggest enticing upgrades and deliver exceptional service to create lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our guests, addressing inquiries and assisting with reservation modifications and cancellations.
  • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability.
  • Safely process payment transactions and verify billing details for accuracy.
  • Suggest room upgrades and offer special amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records to monitor room availability.
  • Facilitate the resolution of guest complaints.

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
