About us: Our hotel is a premier destination on the Gold Coast, surrounded by beautiful beaches and vibrant hospitality scene. We're looking for talented individuals who can provide exceptional service to our guests.

We offer a range of stylish rooms and suites, with spacious balconies and lavish ensuite bathrooms. Our hotel features in-house services and leisure amenities, including tennis, a lagoon-style pool, and a fitness centre.

As a Hotel Ambassador, you'll be a key part of our front office team, providing warm welcomes and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You'll be trained in various aspects of hotel operations, including reception, concierge services, and making reservations.

You'll work a rotating roster, building your knowledge and skills across the hotel. We're a collaborative team, so you'll also support other departments when needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
