Administrative Coordinator for Hospitality Services

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our Hospitality Administration team in Brisbane.
Salary Range:$65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Recruitment and Skills Testing: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including skills testing and assessment of candidates.
- Operational Support: Work closely with Supervisors and other key staff to ensure seamless operational activity and provide administrative support as needed.
- Planning and Rostering: Develop and implement forward planning and rostering strategies for large pools of casual staff at third-party work sites.
- Customer Service: Manage high-volume incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and identify solutions to help the team succeed in its objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports, including shift confirmations and coverage requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is essential, preferably in a Front of House (FOH) role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
