Job Summary

Star Aviation Services is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Airports Operations Manager to lead our regional airport operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of scorecard targets, including safety, operations performance, and engagement, while growing our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and expertise across our regional airports, ensuring the delivery of scorecard targets and growth of regional operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, operations performance, and engagement across our regional airports.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, including airlines, airports, and other industry partners.
  • Manage risk and work within our established safety management system to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, including conflicting demands, to deliver the best outcomes for the business.
  • Travel regularly and at short notice as required to support our regional operations.

Requirements

  • Strong track record as an exceptional leader in the aviation industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering scorecard results in complex operating environments.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement management experience to establish strong partnerships and maximize customer advocacy.
  • Safety-first mindset, with experience in managing risk and working within an established safety management system.
  • Effective time management skills to manage multiple priorities, including conflicting demands.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and remain resilient in evolving environments.
