Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Passenger Handling: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other services as required.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless airport operations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with passengers, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Reporting and Administration: Accurately complete all necessary reports and administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
