About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute plans to increase sales, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs across our stores.
  • Drive Customer Experience: Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, product quality, and store cleanliness.
  • Manage Controllable Costs: Closely monitor and control labor and product costs to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all stores adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, including food safety protocols.
  • Analyze Financial Performance: Review monthly P&Ls to identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Coach and mentor store teams to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Experience in a regional or state operations role.
  • Passion for hospitality, casual dining, or quick service retail.
  • Proven leadership style with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on results.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, P&Ls, and other financial metrics.
  • Experience in safe food handling management.
