The Role:

You will oversee a portfolio of shopping centres across Sydney and surrounding suburbs, ensuring excellent tenant relationships and trading environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in lease administration and tenancy schedules
  • Maintain centre inspections, housekeeping, and coordination of works
  • Liaise with tenants, provide recommendations, and attend client management meetings
  • Provide weekly reports on tenant performance and property presentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years retail property management experience
  • Relevant degree (Bachelor of Business in Property) and Certificate of Registration
  • Current drivers licence and knowledge of centre operations
  • Strong organisational, time management, customer service, and communication skills
