About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our retail and brand marketing efforts at Vicinity Centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute campaigns, events, and projects that meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal ROI and maximize returns on investment.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including retailers, customers, and internal teams, to build trust and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager to develop brand and marketing strategies that align with Vicinity's overall vision and strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director in a retail or brand marketing environment, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving business growth.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail to inform marketing decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field, with relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.

  • A competitive salary package, estimated at around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
