As a Retail Store Operations Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising. You'll set and achieve sales targets while ensuring our customers receive an unforgettable shopping experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers
  • Overseeing all store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows
  • Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure
  • Solving challenges with your superhuman problem-solving skills and ensuring smooth operations
  • Ensuring a safe environment for our customers and your team
