Job Description

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

You will also be required to utilize hotel software and PMS to record guest information accurately, provide guests with information about the hotel and its amenities, and employ problem resolution strategies to resolve guest complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess good computer skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude. A diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable, as is knowledge of Opera and experience in the travel or hotel industry.
