The Role

We are seeking Seasonal Retail Ambassadors to assist and provide customers with tailored solutions that meet their needs, while maintaining a dynamic visual merchandising environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintaining store appearance and visual merchandising standards
  • Supporting team members to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
  • Contributing to general cleaning, opening and closing duties

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in retail and shoes is advantageous

A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a passion for achieving results

A motivated, hardworking and positive attitude

A sense of urgency and ability to take initiative
