About the Role:

The bank seeks an experienced Customer Relationship Consultant based in the Adelaide Contact Centre to handle calls from existing customers regarding internet banking, credit cards, or transaction accounts. This role offers endless growth opportunities and a chance to work alongside a committed team who share the values of People, Planet, and Profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with confidence using multiple computer systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service role in retail, hospitality or a contact centre
  • Excellent communicator, listener, and problem solver
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Resilient and loves challenges, seeking a positive team environment
