Position OverviewThe Continuous Improvement Engineer will collaborate closely in executing the operational excellence framework to ensure a uniform and standardized OPEX approach is utilized to promote continuous enhancements in line with operational objectives and goals.
- Enhance the capabilities of the production line team, fostering a self-sufficient work environment.
- Drive performance outcomes, ensuring accountability across various shift schedules.
- Create comprehensive action plans for 24-hour operations, prioritizing tasks and resource allocation.
- Responsible for the line's performance metrics, including safety, quality, reliability, schedule adherence, productivity, and cost management.
- Minimize losses by conducting thorough root cause analyses during problem-solving and solution development.
- Outstanding leadership abilities with a proven track record of cultivating a highly accountable and collaborative culture within operational functions.
- Proven experience in leading and executing plant reliability and optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the technologies that enhance operational efficiencies and improvements.
- Ability to think holistically and systemically.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and integration skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Extensive experience in FMCG-related management, quality assurance, or engineering roles.
