Position OverviewThe Continuous Improvement Engineer will collaborate closely in executing the operational excellence initiative to ensure a uniform and standardized OPEX framework is utilized to propel continuous enhancements in alignment with operational strategies and goals.
- Enhance the capabilities of the production line team, fostering a self-sufficient operational group.
- Drive performance, ensuring accountability across various shift schedules.
- Create comprehensive action plans for 24-hour operations, prioritizing tasks for the team and managing resource allocation.
- Responsible for the line's performance, including safety, quality, reliability, schedule adherence, productivity, and cost management.
- Minimize losses by conducting root cause analyses during problem-solving and solution development.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to cultivate a highly accountable and collaborative culture across operational functions.
- Proven experience in leading and executing plant reliability and optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the technologies that enhance operational efficiencies and improvements.
- Ability to think holistically and systemically.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and integration capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Extensive experience in FMCG-related management, quality assurance, or engineering roles.
