Position Overview

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will collaborate closely in executing the operational excellence initiative to ensure a uniform and standardized OPEX framework is utilized to propel continuous enhancements in alignment with operational strategies and goals.

  1. Enhance the capabilities of the production line team, fostering a self-sufficient operational group.
  2. Drive performance, ensuring accountability across various shift schedules.
  3. Create comprehensive action plans for 24-hour operations, prioritizing tasks for the team and managing resource allocation.
  4. Responsible for the line's performance, including safety, quality, reliability, schedule adherence, productivity, and cost management.
  5. Minimize losses by conducting root cause analyses during problem-solving and solution development.
Qualifications
  1. Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to cultivate a highly accountable and collaborative culture across operational functions.
  2. Proven experience in leading and executing plant reliability and optimization initiatives.
  3. Strong understanding of the technologies that enhance operational efficiencies and improvements.
  4. Ability to think holistically and systemically.
  5. Excellent communication, persuasion, and integration capabilities.
  6. Strong analytical skills.
  7. Extensive experience in FMCG-related management, quality assurance, or engineering roles.
