About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Process Specialist to join our team at the Beenyup Water Resource Recovery facility in Western Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our wastewater treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and support to ensure the optimal operation of wastewater treatment processes, including biological and membrane processes.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions to achieve performance targets.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports on the performance and operation of wastewater treatment processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager to collect and verify process data, and prepare performance reports.
  • Contribute to scientific and engineering investigations to assess wastewater treatment technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline, such as science or engineering.
  • Operational or design experience in biological wastewater and membrane processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and reporting in water or chemical process-related environments.
