As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to the day-to-day operations of our Hot Mills plants, while also investigating and implementing process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide process engineering support for the day-to-day operations of the plant
  • Investigate and implement process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines to deliver capital projects on time and to budget
  • Deliver continuous improvement outcomes to support the production and supply of our products
  • Contribute to the development of a safety-first culture within the team
Requirements
  • A degree qualification in Chemical Engineering or similar (Mechanical Engineering)
  • A commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others
  • An ability to translate business objectives to clear actions and outcomes for your team
  • A demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop others to enhance capability
