We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at the State of Washington. As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our early intervention programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality training programs for early intervention providers and county lead agencies.
- Design and implement risk-based assessment instruments to identify trends and training needs.
- Analyze and disaggregate data to inform program improvements and policy revisions.
- Provide expert analysis and interpretation of federal and state policy and regulatory guidance to early intervention providers and county lead agencies.
- Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to develop and implement performance-based contracting strategies.
- Provide coaching and training to early intervention providers and county lead agencies on contract requirements and performance metrics.
- Equivalent education or professional experience totaling six (6) years in early childhood, early intervention, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make clear presentations to diverse groups.
- Experience with research-based analytics and the use of Logic Models to plan, implement, and evaluate complex programs.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
