About the Job

This Senior Leadership role oversees corporate IT and SAS Managed Cloud service delivery across Asia Pacific. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you'll collaborate closely with CIS global service owners to design, deliver, and maintain all IT and Cloud services in the region.

The Head of Cloud and Information Services, APAC will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the global IT and SAS Managed Cloud teams while overseeing local execution throughout Asia Pacific. This role requires regular travel up to 25% of the time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of ~100 corporate IT and SAS cloud service delivery professionals across AP.
  • Provide oversight and direction for all IT services provided in AP, ensuring adoption of best practices in cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including Sales Leaders, Customer Success, and PSD.
  • Handle external customer escalations for SAS Managed Cloud by working directly with customers and internal partners to resolve problems.

This position is critical to driving continuous improvements, resource and cost optimization programs, and other strategic initiatives as assigned by the CIO. As a trusted member of the CIO leadership team, you'll contribute to the global strategy of CIS while executing locally to the region.

About You

We're looking for a senior leader with extensive experience in regional IT management, specifically in cloud services and delivery. Your strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in enterprise environments is essential. Familiarity with regional regulations, compliance requirements, and cultures in the Asia Pacific region is also required.

You should have demonstrated success in managing large, complex global projects and diverse teams, with proven ability to interface, influence, and manage within all levels of organization. Experience working for a global matrixed organization is highly valued.
