Job Title: Governance/Contract Management Officer Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support governance and compliance administration activities, build relationships with stakeholders, and assist with panel management tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake seller compliance activities with limited supervision, performing corrective actions and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Process daily seller compliance tasks (insurance certification, statement of tax record, and labour hire license checks).
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support, document preparation.
  • Participate in monthly team activities.
  • Assist with reporting activities on team performance.
  • Draft and maintain work instructions.
  • Assist with branch risk administration.
  • Contribute to the team's mandate of continual improvement to optimise governance and risk management.
  • Be responsible for individual outcomes, assisting with team deliverables, BAU and project activities.
  • Manage relationships with buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders.

 

Requirements:
  • Security clearance level required: Baseline (or ability to obtain and maintain).
  • Australian citizenship is a requirement.
