**Job Summary:**

We are seeking highly skilled compliance officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal government regulations and be able to provide operational and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review and audit participant and provider data from multiple sources to ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Engage with providers and participants to address compliance requirement queries.
  • Undertake activities to assess and treat the risk of non-compliance by participants and providers, including inappropriate claims.
  • Escalate information and complex cases to relevant teams for remediation in accordance with legislation.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of federal government regulations and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
