Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategy to grow AWS's presence in federal agencies
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in federal government departments and agencies
- Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and develop solutions
- Work with security and compliance teams to ensure offerings meet government requirements
- Partner with the AWS Partner Network to build an ecosystem of partners
- Manage complex sales cycles and represent AWS at industry events
- Collaborate with global public sector teams to share best practices
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
- 10+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts or equivalent
- Understanding of government procurement processes and security frameworks
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve business growth
- Experience selling complex technology solutions to government customers
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies
- Previous experience with AWS technologies or other cloud platforms
