Senior Resident Care Director

This role is pivotal in the Client Services team, responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to care/service teams. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with seniors and have experience in a seniors' living or long-term care environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the care/service team to deliver high-quality resident care.
- Direct nursing and administrative activities to support daily operations.
- Coordinate health assessments and quality-of-life initiatives for residents.
- Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and licensing standards.
- A Practical Nurse diploma and current registration with the relevant association.
- Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience.
- Experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening upon hire.
