Job Title: Residence Director

The Residence Director plays a pivotal role in leading the accommodation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This leadership position requires strategic management of room rates and booking channels to maximise revenue. Collaborative efforts with the leadership and housekeeping teams are also essential to create seamless guest experiences.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase occupancy and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in service delivery and enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage room inventory, pricing, and distribution to achieve optimal revenue outcomes.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favourable contracts.
  3. Lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.

As a seasoned hospitality leader, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
