**Senior Care Director Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our residential care team as a Senior Care Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational and clinical direction to staff members
  • Evaluate and maintain occupancy levels
  • Oversee financial performance and KPIs to achieve strategic goals
  • Support human resources and staffing functions
  • Ensure compliance with quality, accreditation, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration and prior leadership experience in aged care
  • Accreditation knowledge and experience
  • Financial management skills and expertise in budgeting and occupancy management
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Effective communication and consultative skills
