Client Relations Manager

Cranbrook Care is a leading provider of boutique aged care and retirement living residences, striving for exceptional wellbeing for our residents. We aim to deliver high-quality services and support the physical and emotional security of our residents.

This is a hands-on role that demands a champion of the Cranbrook brand. You will build strong relationships with senior management across the organisation to enable you to perform your day-to-day role effectively.

As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering occupancy targets for the residences in collaboration with the Director of Care Services and meeting revenue targets from Lifestyle Services and Residential Services.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated sales experience, proven ability to meet sales targets, and previous experience managing CRM systems or databases. A professional marketing or sales qualification is desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering occupancy targets for the residences each financial year in collaboration with the RSRM and the Director of Care Services
  • Managing and reviewing the CRM to ensure ongoing admissions of new residents
  • Delivering revenue targets from Lifestyle Services each financial year in conjunction with the RSRM's

You will also be required to live the Cranbrook Care culture and work according to our values.
