Senior Aged Care Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our aged care operations team. As a Senior Aged Care Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our services, ensuring resident and employee outcomes are met.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational management, with experience in strategy implementation, compliance, and quality improvement. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop senior managers and guide the organization towards its vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and improve service quality
  • Provide oversight and guidance to senior managers, focusing on people development and performance management
  • Maintain a strong focus on compliance and quality assurance, ensuring all services meet regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with government departments and external partners

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in operational management, preferably in aged care
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Proven track record in strategy implementation, compliance, and quality improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of aged care legislation and regulations, with experience in accreditation and OHS management
