Loyalty Lead Role

The Loyalty Lead is a critical position that drives strategy and innovation to enhance member engagement and retention. The role is responsible for designing and implementing loyalty programs that create value for members and are commercially sustainable.

Key responsibilities of the Loyalty Lead include shaping loyalty strategy, leading the evolution of our loyalty app, building partnerships that deliver meaningful value to members, creating engaging content, inspiring and leading a small team, driving engagement through personalized initiatives, and harnessing analytics to optimize loyalty performance.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience managing loyalty programs end-to-end: design, implementation, optimization, and evaluation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Proven strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organized with strong leadership and team management experience.
