Internal Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Community Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community experience team, you will be responsible for embedding and evolving our internal community, investing in our culture, and driving engagement amongst our people to do their best work.

This role is designed to help our people access the advantages of x15. You will partner with relevant team members to drive and host all x15 internal and some external events such as meet ups, staff offsites, employer brand activations and development sessions. You will also lead the development of our Internal Community by designing and delivering on-brand and engaging employee experience initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with team members to drive and host internal and external events
  • Lead the development of our Internal Community
  • Design and deliver on-brand and engaging employee experience initiatives
  • Manage internal team communications
  • Actively identify and implement creative ways to strengthen relationships between x15 stakeholders
  • Build our external presence by showcasing our EVP aligned to our Employer Brand strategy

Key Skills:

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and a track record of strong contribution in a fast-paced environment
  • Event planning, production and management experience required
  • Experience in marketing and social media, ideally in relation to employer branding
  • High-quality bar with great attention to detail
  • Experience driving employee engagement, team collaboration, and culture initiatives
  • Great written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute
  • A growth mindset
