Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Engagement Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing consultation and engagement with external stakeholders.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with internal teams and external members, and possess a deep understanding of stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and coordinate engagement activities to ensure effective communication with external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain contact lists and databases to support business needs.
  • Design and implement surveys to gather feedback from members and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate member sessions, meetings, and workshops to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external members to ensure smooth consultation processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar member engagement role or business administration and stakeholder management role.
  • Broad knowledge of the payments technology or financial industry sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage, update, and audit contact and list databases.
  • Experience generating reports and analyzing data for stakeholder reporting and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
