**Job Title:** Senior Membership Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned membership professional to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the Membership portfolio, driving strategy and day-to-day delivery across services, communications, acquisition, retention, and database management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Review, refresh and drive member value proposition
  • Get Life Membership and Fellowship processes back on track (and ready for Board review)
  • Reintroduce welcome packs and clean up automated communications
  • Plan and deliver the 2025 renewals and billing campaign (with Finance + Data Analyst)
  • Sort out anniversary date memberships, credit card updates, and outbound communications
  • Lead a CRM/database clean-up project—de-dupe, update, fix what's broken
  • Launch and run a lapsed member campaign
  • Kick off student membership engagement and prep 2026 pricing insights
  • Lead the scholarship process end-to-end
  • Oversee the Membership Services team
