Key Role: Member Engagement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Member Engagement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing membership strategies to retain and recruit members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintaining member relationships, engaging with members regarding renewals, retention, and events
  • Administrative duties including updating member records in the CRM database system
  • Capturing member feedback, addressing issues, and resolving complaints

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in membership or relationship engagement roles
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, proficiency in CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven individual
