  • As a key player in our St Leonards club, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by performing outreach activities and generating high-quality sales leads through community engagement.
  • With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will aid membership retention by providing positive interactions with existing members and assisting them with enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
  2. Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Provide engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  4. Create personalized member journeys through positive and interactive experiences.
  5. Deliver successful outcomes to member enquiries.
  6. Perform opening and closing duties as per the club roster.
  7. Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey.

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire people to take action.
  • Goal-focused and driven individual with a continuous desire to excel.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for building rapport with people from all backgrounds.
