About The Role

We're currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team based in Murarrie, Brisbane. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Specification, this role will focus on the achievement of the sales budget for our specification business.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Achieving budgeted sales and gross margins
  • Applying exceptional business development and planning skills
  • Developing and managing the specification/commercial opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic business partnerships
  • Monitoring competitor/customer activity and reporting on market intelligence
  • Demonstrating product effectiveness to a variety of stakeholders
  • Account management in the commercial segments with major builders

About You

We're looking for someone with a background in sales and/or key account management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals.

You'll bring:

  • Experience within the architectural specification market
  • Selling skills to bring in new businesses while maintaining existing accounts
  • Commercial acumen and good judgement skills in decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills as well as presentation and communication skills
