Job Title: Commercial Contracts Manager

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial contracts and negotiation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to read and analyse complex contract provisions, and translate them into actionable recommendations for the business.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Supporting commercial contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
    • Overseeing the execution of contracts and managing commercial risks.
    • Coordinating commercial reviews and obtaining required input from stakeholders.
    • Drafting legal contract amendments and clauses.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in tender and/or commercial contract management.
  • Mining/engineering/construction industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong commercial sense and excellent contracting skills.
