Commercial Agreements Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide commercial support to our Australian and APAC Minerals business.
The role encompasses reviewing and negotiating tenders, customer supply contracts, and addressing a broad range of other commercial issues in the Australasian region.
Key responsibilities include supporting commercial contract negotiations, overseeing contract execution and compliance, reviewing contract variations, and managing contract completion.
Prior experience in tender and/or commercial contract management is essential, as well as knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
- At least 5 years of experience in tender and/or commercial contract management.
- Mining/engineering/construction industry experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to read, analyse, and understand commercial ramifications of contract provisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak fluently in lay terms to a range of audiences.
